Pricing
The price for a website with 1-4 pages starts from $ 512 (USD)/£ 411/484 €. In addition to setting up and deploying the website, the price includes written update and maintenance instructions, one year Elementor Pro license, and one month’s technical support. The final price of the site depends, for example, on the site structure, the number of functions, pages and images, and the additional services ordered separately:

- Online Maintenance Service $ 66/£ 53/62 €/month
Content creation and editing are invoiced based on the time spent on the job, $ 32/£ 25/30 €/hour. For translations, the price per word is $ 0,11-0,14/£ 0,08-0,11/0,10-0,13 €. The final price of the work depends, among other things, on the complexity level of the text, your timetable, the direction of translation and text length. For the offer, please attach a couple of sample pages of the raw text.
The prices do not include site maintenance costs (billed annually, $ 118/£ 95/112 €/year), e-commerce, such as on-site consultation, possible travel expenses or material purchases (e.g., photos or image rights). If the work is interrupted for any reason, the costs of the work done + expenses up to that time will be invoiced separately.
In trade between companies operating in Finland and companies located outside the European Union, a zero-tax rate is applied in the case of services sold by a company registered in Finland. In trade within EU a VAT 24% is included in all prices.
Delivery Terms
Order/Contract Generation
The order is binding on both parties once the Customer has accepted the offer in writing (by email), or by written agreement. The offer or contract is accepted by e-mail.
Approval of the draft
As a rule, the Customer is presented with three suggestions on the structure, layout, and functionality of the website, which are modified according to the Customer’s wishes and needs. If necessary, several proposals will be made. When the Customer accepts the final proposal, it is binding on both parties. If changes to the structure, layout or functionality are desired at the production stage or after the pages have been completed, they must be agreed upon separately.
Delivery time
Unless otherwise agreed, the delivery time is 4-8 weeks, depending on, among other things, the scope of the site, the number of additional services and the wishes of the subscriber.
Publication
The website will be published when the design work according to the offer is complete, unless otherwise agreed.
Billing
The design work for the website will be invoiced in full once the website has been published. Maintenance costs are billed in advance before the publication annually, $ 120/£ 95/112 € year). If the purchase amount according to the contract/offer is not paid by the due date, WebsiteForum reserves the right to charge the late payment interest according to the Finnish Interests Act (633/1982) on the purchase amount and cancel either completely or temporarily the publication and visibility of the website online. WebsiteForum’s ownership of the online service it provides remains until the purchase amount has been paid in full and/or the last installment has been paid.
Content Liability and Copyrights
The Customer has the right to make changes to the content and appearance of the site after the site has been published. The Customer is responsible for the content s(he) produces, the accuracy of the substance, the copyrights, and the legality of the content. WebsiteForum is responsible for the content it produces (text, images, graphic design), copyrights and legality if or when this has been specifically agreed with the Customer and these services have been specifically ordered from WebsiteForum.
The Delivery of Images and Image Rights
WebsiteForum is responsible for the delivery of images, image rights and their acquisition when it has been specifically agreed upon. Otherwise, the Customer is responsible for delivering the images, the rights to the images and purchasing them.
Other Terms and Conditions
The Customer provides WebsiteForum with all necessary information about the Customer or Customer company without delay for the purpose of publishing the website. WebsiteForum has the copyright to all graphical elements, content, and program code that it makes, but not to the layout, text, images, videos, or other content that the Customer enters into the layout or service itself after the publication. WebsiteForum has the right to use the websites it provides to the Customer as a reference unless the Customer specifically denies it in writing.
